  What was supposed to be a relaxing treat was turned into one employee demeaning another in front of patrons. Of course this unprofessional coward did not do this in front of the other employee, she waited till she left the room. Totally unprofessional , inappropriate behavior especially for what is supposed to be a relaxing atmosphere. Bosting over her facial appt. We made appts as well and sat there for 15 minutes for one employee and 20 minutes for the other employee. So of course its 3 and the next appts arrived. Needless to say it was not a relaxing treat. A professional maintains at all times and uses proper channels to discuss issues. Tsk tsk luxe spa. The word spa makes one envision relaxation.
